!!! Please could you Help, Soon as possible would be greatly appreciated !!!
Cornwall Council Planning is now recommending to refuse planning permission for our single 500KW wind turbine at Callywith Farm.
We started on the 8th April 2010 with single Enercon E33, but was rejected after 18 weeks, being 9dB over the 35dB limit at our neighour at Callybarrett Farm and had to withdraw. We then reapplied for the very quite 500KW EWT turbine which took 10 weeks to validate on 25th October 10. Now after a further 15 weeks they are recommend to refuse, on the grounds of natural beauty, some 43 weeks in total.
We only had one objector, Campaign to Protect Rural England which objects to all wind turbines and five letters of support from our neighbours. Now after the council planning officers visited the crematorium, they are also objecting and looks to have spent thousand of pounds on a top consultant with 6 page document objecting to our turbine which is 2.3km a way, When they got the steam railway at the bottom of their garden, going up and down every 20 to 30 minutes filling the valley with steam.
After the councils recommendation for refusal, we contacted Bodmin Town Council,
Councilor Mick Martin and Dan Rogerson our MP to setup some thing similar to the
WREN Project at Wadebridge for the Bodmin area and have offered to donate 10% of
the 18.8p Feed-
We also contacted and have had a site meting with Councillor Bob Egerton, which is one of the two Councillor in Cornwall who support wind turbines. He thinks our best chance at this late stage would be to get as many letter of support as possible. And send them to our planning officer at County Hall, Truro, plus copies to our two local councillors, address below.

Please start your letter with I Support the Wind Turbine at Callywith Farm, Ref PA10/05370 to stop the Council from classifying the letter as a comment or objection, also incloud your name & address.
Thanks again
